As a courtesy, we will send a text and or email to confirm your service appointments two days before your appointment date. If you do not respond to your text and or email, we will attempt a second confirmation one day before your scheduled appointment.
If we have not received a response, we will attempt a phone call. If we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fee.
Cancellation, Deposit, and Pre-payment Policies
We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request you provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel any appointments. Cancellation fees are $25 and must be paid before booking an appointment.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed two days and one day in advance because we know it is possible to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you, a cancellation fee may apply. Our Salon and Spa reserves the right to require pre-payment.
At the time of consultation and when you book your service, we require a minimum deposit of $100 for all Doria Guests. This deposit is only refundable if you give us 48 hours’ notice that you cannot attend your appointment. Deposits are as follows:
- Any Hair / Spa Appointment of 2.5 Hours or More for: New Clients, Clients who have no showed or cancelled appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice.
(Minimum $100 deposit)
- Full Set of Eyelashes
- Bridal Parties and Groups of 3 or More
($50 per person non-refundable deposit in advance)
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or “No Show” your appointment, you will lose your deposit in full. All deposits can be used towards your final bill or kept on file for future bookings.
All “No Shows” or late cancelled appointments (less than 48 hours’ notice) will require a credit card on file or pre-payment will be required to book any future appointments. Our Salon and Spa reserves the right to require pre-payment.
If for any reason a Client is dissatisfied with their service, please inform the Front Desk Coordinator before leaving the Salon (hair service redo must be scheduled within seven days of the original service). Doria Salon and Spa has a No Refund policy on all services provided.
We will make every attempt to satisfy our Guests and accommodate any adjustments. Please understand that if a Guest schedules an adjustment and does not show up, that is considered as forfeiting your complimentary adjustment. You are still able to set up a new appointment, but this will then be at full cost.
Gift Certificates are available and may be purchased in-Salon, over the phone, by email or online. All Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
