Salon Policy

We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“No Shows”), will be charged 50% of the total booked service amount. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

Deposits are applied toward your final service total. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed, the deposit will be forfeited and applied toward the 50% cancellation fee.

Clients who miss or late-cancel appointments may be required to keep a credit card on file or provide pre-payment in order to book future appointments. Our Salon and Spa reserves the right to require pre-payment at the time of booking.

At Doria we aim to operate as a Sustainable Green Circle Salon in all services. The 4% eco fee supports the proper disposal and recycling of single use items like color, foils, color tubes, hair, plastic cotton, gloves, and applicators used during the treatment. We truly appreciate your support in helping us stay environmentally responsible.
